ExTended Socialism
ExTended Socialism consists of three titles of work, which are derived from simple poetics of observation practice, deep gazing around the immediate earth nature.
The first one is an essay titled A mobile-micro-para intrusive towards the potentiality of survival itself meet our chances or not. / Extended Socialism 1.0, which consists of a set of multidirectional entry points critically trying to understand the various politics and life in general. Problematizing the ideas of comradery care, and solidarity structures, and focusing on the leakages of anthropocentric planetary consciousness. Further in comparing everyday human cultural politics, societal living with activities of more than human matters in nature, which humans are often sheer ignorant becomes an antidote to tackle the toxic agendas of societal structures. The idea is an aftermath of fatigue, isolation, felt exclusion, and the results of seeking measures to overcome the financial disparity.
The second iteration Extended Socialism 2.0 #8F00FF, emphasizes the slowness and transfiguration in nature. Initially started observing “sidewalk forest” and then fungi led me to find Chilasa Clytia larvae. Co-living with two larvae for over twelve days made me realize how the mystery took over life. As if nothing could stop destiny, at each point each matter destined to be obedient to the mystery of change. Like Theseus' paradox in each point they transfigured, the entirety of their existence and their perception, and relation to the surroundings changed, They made me think of are they each is the same, with memories of the last metamorphosis. Or each time a new memory and relation? Their particularity, waiting, trust, and patient meditation on life were Zen moments of chances to learn.
Simultaneously in the second iteration, I also started to find different more than human living matters to photograph with found graphic sheets to unsettle the planetary view, to converge each other’s subject, for a new reading of what we look at. The work is titled Unsettling Unknowing which is an ongoing activity.

The work derived from simple poetics of observation practice, deep gazing around the artist’s immediate nature. Unsettling Unknowing is a series that is included in the title ExTended Socialism. The work critically understands and problematizes the ideas of comradery care, solidarity structures, and leakages of anthropocentric planetary consciousness. In this particular series, artists create photographic images with found graphic sheets with different living or expired more than human species. To unsettle the planetary view, to converge different stories and subject, for a new reading of what we look at and how it project or reflect upon us.

Coincidently the second iteration of the title extended socialism (an observation practice for deep gazing around the immediate earth's nature.) I stumble upon living and non-living matters. It unties subtle philosophies of waiting, slowness, transfiguration, and resilience to continue the life cycle is astonishing, and we all are accountable to nature. It's quite evident here that what we know often we don’t know. The essence that precedes our life is the urge of extinction. We animal transfigured to new hybridity from animal human myths to new machine techno pro-activeness. Fostering living and non-living matter is a mirror to look at, to not forget the subtle nuances that make us part of nature but not as saviors or dominant. It’s also interesting to observe that the future is a predefined fate, we can elongate it to a dead end but not further.

Researching in a small square meter of nature with a Lo-Fi mobile lens for a month enabled me to come up with these nomadic and ephemeral traces of a rarely noticeable nature around my living space; with digital mixing to formulate a presence of toxicity in living organisms to remind the human intervened reality of our time we live in. Which I consider as a generative criticism and lethargic aesthetics against the politics of reclaims, invasions of exotic wider horizons, wider landscapes, generative ideas around ecology, forest and ever-contradicting philosophies of protection and care with the help of art, cultural capital infrastructures, genealogical and geographical positions.
Massive reproductions of this realm of knowledge discourse and praxis; Neo abstracted pedagogies and artist methods of inquiries avenged the spectator in me. The forefront claims such as the erasure of toxicity; and better morals for a better planetary system by the self-guided individual agencies all around the globe, irrespective of their south or southwest positionalities tirelessly forging in the land to excavate thoughts, moral craft ships, and for speculative proactive maneuvers. These global footprints exhibit a reflexive model that methodically anecdotes cavities of those who are not circulated, not connected in certain networks of knowledge production reproduction and mass production of capital and other cognitive manifestations.
Radical emancipation from friendly to friendship to decentralization most often undermines individual contribution to the collective realization. A super fictional leader reincarnating hereafter and during the process of demolishing hierarchies, different genres of segregations among human animal nature. That means the non-hierarchical mode of experimentation tendencies are regenerating toxicities which is an overwhelming affirmation of realising that we humans are our marginalized parasite.
Shining positivism and fearing darkness echo the feudal correlations among the marginalized who strive to break institutional hierarchies. Our infected system made us in need of enemies for us to fight, prove, conquer, and build love and peace over violence or everything on the other end of opposites of what we believe. Irrespective of good/bad/extreme isms and irrespective of gender, the group of people who encourage violence and competition continues to be the alpha among us. Non-tangible invisible fascism inherited by every human through our common past, this automatedly compasses us to the imaginary land borders, its sky-touching walls and barricades, the lands in its utmost division as the result of collective greed. The global vigilance against Islam extremism narrowed to every Muslim identity. In Short, this journey for ecologically sustainable toxic-community programming support ventures never helps us clean the tropics, revert rivers, stop plant-animal extinction or make burned hills green again.,
Close visual examination of the image helps us to establish transparency as a mere visual effect, which is non-existent in nature, a philosophical phenomenon greatly used in mainstream propaganda to our everyday interpersonal associations.
If it that so, are we fighting for something non-existent?
Or it is a political sport for ideological negotiations?
How do we look at positivism, disease, cure, equality, and equality, and if toxicities are repeating circles of results by the geo-biological explosion? What if we are in the of inventing or modifying bio-techno-power threats for us to wait for the other circle to form? But not to cure the damages it created and continues to be created.
Shadows are the lights of invisible manifestation embodied in forms. Here in its wholeness practicing slowness, meditation through acknowledging a realm of extra less ordinary scape of collaborative organisms, around our belonging environment subconsciously created a carbon-free cleansing method. Personally, it emerged as memoriam of rich natural organisms I foraged in the last few years; without knowing what to do with those endless visual mirages I perceived. Confronting nature closely became a practice whenever I felt my stream of manifesting disconnected. All I find this time is we don’t need vast landscapes or a deep forest or a million years old caves to meditate or to heal or discover para-alternative modes of [un]learning; Large capital extractivist attitudes only make us vessels for regenerating moral economical social environmental toxicities for further division and to abandon those are not the network. Most importantly discovering a way of expanding looking. I am glad to share and continue this as a pedagogical means.
Populist tourism forgers, who manipulate indigenous genealogies, geopolitics, and color are making art only for qualifying sanctions from capitalist lead non-human / human / bio-structures in the name of conservation, concerns, and advocacy.
Each leaf is an impermanent architecture source for organisms for transactional proceedings. Both coexist in a multidirectional time creating innumerable chances for exchange care, meaning, and experience of existence.
They are sensing vulnerabilities with immense powers.
